Returns policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL 

Why? 
 

  • By definition – The Edit LDN is a Market Place, operating as an agent connecting buyers and sellers. All purchases and sales are a direct and legally binding agreement between buyer and seller and NOT The Edit LDN. As such, we strictly operate a no returns/refunds policy.

  • Buyers accept that by using our service, you are solely responsible for all duties and taxes that are occurred as a result of the agreed transaction. This includes international customs fees. The Edit LDN is not responsible for any charges that occur as a result of you using our platform.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We reserve the right to cancel orders at our sole discretion.

You may cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it or before it is confirmed by the seller – whichever comes first. If 3 hours have passed from when you placed the order and/or the seller has confirmed the order, then the order cannot be canceled.

To cancel your order within the first 3 hours of purchase, please email [email protected] with your order details and reason for cancelation.
